Service Delivery of Standard Packs
Once you have placed your order and we have successfully processed it we will notify you. We look after our clients and will do everything that is reasonably in our power to ensure you get the most value out of our services.
Most services we offer involve scheduling of suitable times, dates and places. This scheduling will be done in conjunction with you, the client, to ensure that the timing and location are convenient and that the mentor, coach or consultant is able to be present.
Should it be impossible to arrange a suitable time and date where all involved can be present at Conceptable’s fault and no alternative method of delivery can be agreed, then a full refund shall be given of any funds paid in relation to the non-deliverable part of the order.
Should the scheduling restrictions be caused by the client then a refund of any funds paid minus bank and handling charges incurred by Conceptable in relation to the non-deliverable part of the order shall still be given.
Cancellations of orders following the agreement of a schedule shall be 50% non-refundable. In the case where non-refundable or non-amendable travel arrangements have already been approved and made, the client shall be responsible for paying these.
